How do I check in my child?

You can check in your child by scanning the facility’s QR code with the DropSentry app, or by entering your drop-off code on the facility’s kiosk. Once scanned, select your child and confirm the check-in.

How do I add another guardian to pick up my child?

You can add authorized guardians through your parent dashboard. Go to your child’s profile, select “Authorized Guardians,” and add their information. They’ll receive an invitation to create their own account.

What if I forgot my PIN or password?

You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page. If you’ve forgotten your check-in PIN, contact your childcare facility directly to reset it.

How do I update my child’s information?

Log in to your parent account and navigate to your child’s profile. You can update their photo, emergency contacts, medical information, and other details. Some changes may require facility approval.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and are compliant with COPPA for children’s data protection. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@dropsentry.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We’ll process your request within 30 days as required by privacy regulations.
